How to Export and Share Questionnaire Results

This guide will walk you through the process of exporting and sharing the results from the daily or weekly check-ins within the My App Team Recovery Life application.

Follow these steps to export check-in data:

  1. Navigate to the Questionnaire: From the application's home screen, select the specific questionnaire (e.g., Daily Check-In, Weekly Check-In) from which you want to export data.

  2. Open the Results Tab: At the top of the screen, click on the Results tab.

  3. Filter Your Results (Optional): You can refine the data you wish to export using the following filters:

    • By Name or Email: Search for a specific user's check-ins.

    • By Date: Select a specific date range to view relevant submissions. To clear the filters and see all results again, you can refresh the page.

  4. Select Check-Ins for Export: Click the checkbox next to the check-ins you want to export. You can select one, multiple, or all displayed entries.

  5. Choose an Export Format:

    • Navigate to the Bulk Actions menu.

    • Select your desired file format:

      • Export as CSV: This option downloads the data in a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file, which is compatible with spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel. The file will include columns for all questions, the user ID, and timestamps for each entry.

      • Export as PDF: This option provides a more easily readable document. Each check-in is formatted to show the questionnaire title, the user's email, the time it took to complete, and a clear list of the questions and answers.

Sharing Your Exported Data

Once you have downloaded the file in your preferred format (CSV or PDF), you can easily share it with your clinical team, recovery coaches, or any other relevant parties.
