[Preparing for Launch](https://support.teamrecovery.io/implementation?hsLang=en#preparing-for-launch) # What to Expect: Your Implementation Text Sequence During your 4-6 week implementation, you'll get a series of text messages that walk you through setting up and launching the app at your center. This article covers what those texts are, how to respond, and what to do if you get stuck. The basics You'll get about one text per day over six weeks. Each one covers a specific setup task, a training step, or a launch milestone. They come in order, so each builds on the last. Messages come from **(844) 467-3039**. Save that number as a contact so you know it's us and not spam. The texts are timed to business hours and skip weekends, so you won't get anything at odd times or on a Saturday. How to respond Most messages end with a keyword to reply back once you've done the step. For example, a message might say "Reply READ when done" or "Reply WATCHED when done." Replying matters more than it looks. Your replies are how we track that your implementation is on track. If you don't reply, we can't tell whether you did the step or just missed the message. A quick keyword reply is all it takes. If a step asks for actual information (like which staff should get safety alerts), just reply with that info directly instead of a keyword. The two quizzes Twice during the sequence, around week 2 and week 5, you'll get a short quiz. Eight questions each, and you need 6 out of 8 to pass. These aren't meant to be hard. They confirm you're comfortable with the Control Panel before you go live, since you'll be the one running it day to day. If you don't pass the first time, you'll get a text with the link to try again. You can retake it as many times as you need. The sequence pauses at the first quiz until you pass it, since the later steps build on what it covers. So don't skip it if you want to keep moving. **One heads up:** if you hit a Microsoft login error when opening a quiz, open the link in a private or incognito browser window instead. That skips the sign-in and takes you straight to the quiz. If you get stuck Reply **STUCK** at any point and it flags your account so I can follow up with you directly. Use it whenever a step isn't clear or something's blocking you. It's better to flag it than to let the sequence stall. Opting out If you need to stop the texts, reply **STOP** at any time.
