During their recovery journey, users often have numerous surveys to complete. Our survey sequence tool is an excellent solution for organizing these surveys and ensuring they are released at appropriate intervals to effectively track progress. Given the comprehensive nature of this feature, we frequently receive questions about its functionality. Below, we address some of the most common inquiries.
Question 1: "My client is in week 5 of recovery. Can we start him at week 5 of the survey instead of starting at the first week?"
When using the drip sequence feature we do not have the ability to drop a user in the middle of their sequence. Our sequence is built on doing prerequisite surveys, so by dropping a client in the middle of a sequence they don't have the correct requirements to move on.
Question 2: "We don't use NAATP can I still have a survey sequence?"
Yes! You do not need NAATP to have a custom survey sequence. Please reach out to your dedicated CSM to get your app a survey sequence.
Question 3: "How many points can a user earn when taking surveys in the survey sequence?
A user can earn a number of points determined by your team’s guidelines.
Question 4: "I have a custom survey that we like our clients to take. Can we have it put in the survey sequence?"
Yes! We can build customs surveys and use them in the survey sequence.
